 Are you feeling stuck and can't get out of your depressed mood?  Join the Coping with Stress, Anxiety and Depression support group held each Wednesday morning from 10-11:30 am.  Contact the MHA for details.

 

Do you lash out at loved ones then feel guilty about it?  Call the MHA at 569-9788 to learn about and enroll in an anger management group.

 

Are your children becoming aggressive or angry?  Have they witnessed violence and anger in the home?  Contact Katie at 569-9788 for potential solutions.

 

Are things happening in your life now that are more than you can bear? Contact MHA’s Crisis Hotline for information and support @ 562-2000, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

Are your kids experiencing difficulties in school that may be related to peer pressure and/or substance abuse? Contact MHA’s Clinical Director to discuss potential solutions confidentially @ 569-9788 Monday through Friday 9 am to 5:00 pm.

 

Have you experienced verbal or physical domestic violence?  Is it affecting your children?  Make use of the MHA’s Victim Support Program by contacting Katie  @ 569-9788, Monday – Friday  9 am to 5 pm.

 

Are you going through a divorce and are concerned about its effects on your children?  Attend the MHA program “Families Surviving Divorce” a four-hour course offered 2 Saturdays each month.  Contact the MHA @569-9788 to register.

 

Have you lost a loved one to suicide? Free individual counseling available at the MHA.  Contact Katie @ 569-9788 for details.

 

Are you struggling with issues that may be related to aging? Join our free weekly group that deals with the stress, anxiety and depression experienced by seniors.  Held each Wednesday morning from 10 – 11:30 am at the MHA.  Call 569-9788 to register.

 

Have you lost your spouse and feel you have lost everything? Attend our Life Beyond Grief Support Group held everything Thursday morning from 10:30 – 11:30 at Riverside Park.

 

Have your children witnessed domestic violence? Contact Katie  @ 569-9788 to register children to attend our 12 week program  “The Child Witness.”

 

Are you or someone you know struggling with controlling your anger? Attend our 12 week group, “Living Without Violence.”  Contact the MHA @569-9788 to register

 

Are you or someone you know struggling with addiction or substance misuse? The MHA offers three levels of treatment weekly.  A 9 week educational course, an 18 week dependency course and a 34 week aftercare program.  Contact the MHA @ 569-9788 Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm to register and/or speak to a counselor confidentially.

 

Do you think you may have a drinking problem?  Call the MHA at 569-9788 to schedule an appointment with a substance abuse counselor to assess your situation.
