The TurtleTrax
artistic committee has identified a talented team of artists and
designers to decorate each turtle. The sponsors may choose from the
committee selections or may choose their own artist to decorate their
turtle with design approval by the artistic committee.
The next following pictures are
from the artist jury and sponsor/artist pairings. Both events were
held in early May at the Vero Beach Art Museum and United Way
Building. Sponsors selected their artist from the many artist
submissions. The artists will receive their turtles over the summer
to paint and decorate for a December uneviling. The artist jury
reviewed all the artist submissions making certain they each met the
criteria for submission, and then ranked them in preparation of the
sponsor and artist pairings. |
