THE TURTLES ARE COMING…THE TURTLES ARE COMING!

Come See Them at the “TurtleTrax Community Preview”

Indian River Mall (by Sears)

Friday, January 5 at 4 p.m.

In response to the community’s outpouring of support for last season’s TurtleTrax public  art project to benefit the Mental Health Association in Indian River County, the popular sea turtle sculptures are being brought back for an all-new series of events in 2007.

Here are the four areas that make up the 2007 TurtleTrax event…

·        15 newly designed sea turtle sculptures that will be on public exhibition for three             months and on permanent exhibition throughout the county forever!

·        An Official Unveiling of all turtles in one location at one time-January 5!

·        A10-mile Turtle Trek and Community Festiva on February 24th!

·        A TurtleTrax Sponsor Hall of Fame dedication ceremony on March 30th!

A detailed copy of all of these events are on the enclosed sheet.

Please join us for an informal gathering to meet all the turtles, visit with the artists who have created them, mingle with all the Sponsors, Turtle Trek Captains and Walkers, and of course, meet the members of the Mental Health Association and the TurtleTrax Planning Committee!
